Carlos De León
For more than 15 years, Carlos has led countless Pricing initiatives with the aim of increasing benefits for the business units in charge, within the service, retail, automotive and FMCG industries. He has held different positions in marketing and sales departments for local and multinational companies, where he has developed and implemented Pricing Strategies for small and full-scale portfolios, with diverse product categories, customer segments and markets with a good-better-best product approach. He has driven tangible improvements in revenue and profit with strategic, operational and tactical pricing.
His area of expertise include value-based pricing, pricing research, new product pricing, sales promotions, pricing analytics, financial modeling, implementation of pricing software solutions, pricing policy development, go-to-market strategies, and strategic planning.
Carlos owns a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing by Tecnológico de Monterrey and is MBA candidate at EGADE Business School, with a double degree in Strategic Management of International Business at ESSEC Business School (France).
