Diana has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, credit risk analysis for long-term loans and projects’ appraisal in the banking industry. She has an extensive background in consulting in M&A, financial restructuring, strategic financial management, businesses’ valuation and setting up financial operations for large public and private companies.
She teaches Price and Cost Management and Product Management at the Global Marketing Bachelor at IPAM, the main marketing school in Portugal. Currently, Diana is finishing her PhD in socially responsible consumption and is actively providing consultancy services to responsible businesses. In the past, she examined 3D virtual worlds to explore the potential uses for online banking development and for business.
Diana has a Bachelor in Economics, MS.c. in Marketing and Strategy and is finishing her PhD in Management (speciality in Marketing and Strategy) studying socially responsible consumption. She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
