Wolfgang is a proven business leader who held a number of commercial management positions at MNCs around the globe. During his 20 years of work experience, he has built up unique insights from which he can create and improve pricing strategies and execution plans that truly work. His pragmatic approach to business challenges is widely appreciated by his clients.
His area of expertise is the interface of Pricing with Sales, Marketing and Strategy: Pricing Strategy Development and Execution, Value Calculation and Value Based Pricing, Price Waterfall Analysis, Value Based Selling, Preparing Sales for Contract Negotiations, New Product Pricing, Structuring of Pricing Models & Costing, Customer Segmentation and Price Differentiation, Pricing Policies, Commercial & Pricing Excellence, Revenue and Pricing Management Training and Certifications.
Wolfgang has led multiple pricing initiatives and implementation workgroups. He has also trained many sales teams around the globe to prepare for the implementation of price increases, and for specific customer negotiations. He is a passionate speaker at workshops and conferences.
Wolfgang is a German national, who has worked for more than 11 years in Asia, six of them in SEA. He resides in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
