Roger is a leading pricing expert specializing in services and IT pricing. He has an IT, financial services and process consulting background. Prior to associating with SPMG, Roger spent the last 15 years with IBM where he was responsible for services pricing consistently guiding the Canadian Business Consulting Services division to close over $100m of profitable business each year.
At IBM, Roger led a global pricing process improvement initiative adding structure and quality to the pricing process substantially improving contract profitability and saving sales force effort. In addition to pricing expertise Roger has led several IT strategy, IT process improvement projects and applications development projects.
Roger also has many years of sales and marketing experience especially in the IT and Business Process Outsourcing industry. Roger has exceptional leadership and communications skills. He is a highly experienced in project management, facilitating workshops and training teams.
In addition to his degree in business from Enfield College, Middlesex University, Roger is a certified project manager and has passed the Canadian Securities Course.
