Saima is the Local Partner at SPMG for US and Canada. She is a seasoned corporate executive, with years of leadership experience across different markets including Middle East, Asia and North America. She is also the co-founder of a boutique marketing consulting practice focusing on growth marketing, financial modeling and digital transformation.
Her Expertise include pricing strategy and implementation, customer revenue management, data driven marketing promotions and loyalty campaigns, consumer research and deep-dive analysis, customer segmentation, business planning, and financial modeling. She has worked across industries such as Telecom (MNOs and MVNOs), Oil and Gas, SaaS, and Emerging Tech.
Saima is a speaker and workshop moderator for pricing education and pricing consultancy, with a focus on start-ups and women entrepreneurs. In her spare time she volunteers and works for women empowerment projects. She is the Chair for Alumnae network for Harvard Women (ANHW) for US North East and Canada.
Saima holds a Master in Finance degree from Harvard University, MA, United States, and MBA degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan.
